What Women Needs..and Men..hehee..
Sebenarnya,perlu bagi pompuan kene ada kayu pendek yg bentuk cam penyapu nye kayu/kayu rotan,,letak sebelah kanan kat kerusi dekay pintu,ada ruang kan kat tepi tuh..letak kat kiri tempat penumpang gak..spanar besi yg paling kecik dan pen,letak kat lam drawer,tu utk ketuk2 atau tikam ngan pen,pen ditikam pada tengkuk kanan/kiri.spanar kecik,mesti kita ketuk kat tempat kita sapu minyak angin kat kepala time kita pening.dan kayu pendek,ketuk terus atas kepala,atau buat tusuk area halkum,,sumer nie leh buat time kita duk lam kete,dan orang cuba bukak pintu atau ganggu time cermin tingkap x tutup,maka,teruslah kita chow n last skali,wat laporan polis,tutup cerita.Kenapa x leh ada pisau keris dan sebagainya?sbab nnti kita bolih didakwa bersedia utk mencederakan,kita da prepare dan ada niat nk mencedera,kalo penjenayah buat laporan polis,kata kita yg start,susah kita..kayu boleh jadi alasan utk ketuk2 tilam kat umah atau ketuk kusyen keta,pen utk menulis,spanar utk baiki kerosakan kecil keta..so,bila ada roadblock dan polis check,kita lepaslah..Berdoalah kepada Allah agar dijauhi dari bencana..Amin.

False Sense of Pride
Kita sbg martial artist,ada pride kita pada seni yg kita blaja,namun harus diingat supaya tidak hanyut dan menyamakan kehebatan kita dalam pertandingan dengan di luar,kerna di dalam gelanggang/ring ada undang2,di luar sana,tiada undang2,teringat sy pada istilah lam citer Crow Zero, rasenye yg mengatakan,"there is no fair fight"...perbezaan beladiri dan keganasan ialah bila kita gunakannya dan untuk apa,,kita harus sedar tahap kemampuan kita dan sentiasa check keupayaan kita.Selain dari flashback teknik2 kita walaupun gitu2,berlatih lah dari semasa ke semasa, berdoalah kepada Allah agar jauhkan kita dari ancaman serta beri perlindungan,keselamatan,ketenteraman,kesihatan dan ketenangan pada kita.amin.

D.Techniques
Meaning :
>What kind of moves your are doing / will do and its follow up.
>Selection of techniques : attacking,evading/parrying or waiting.
>Techniques that you use to solve the situation determines the shape of your heart or can be used to describe your personality or the characteristics of your style.
The key to techniques is 'be wise'..

C. Placement
It means :
>Your ready position.,
>The distribution of weight on each leg,or this what differs from certain stance and other stances.
>Where are you?In front of your opponent? Beside? Or Behind?
The key to placement is 'be rational'..
It means :

B.. Speed
For a martial artist to have speed,it
doesn’t mean that you have to run very fast,or having a lightning fast
punches,although having a very fast punches can be very advantageus.For me,it
means ‘correct timing’.Lets say you opponent starts his moves or attacks
first,you attack a bit late and a bit slower.Some how, you hit him first.That
is speed.Or the better explanation that can you to brand/label a practitioner
that have ‘great speed’ is based on his abilities ‘to intercept an attack’., it
includes before the attacks were launched by the opponents while or after.
the key to be a ‘good
intercepter’ is ‘spontaneous’.

I believe that based on what I know and learn,there are 4
categories that needs to be focused by every martial artist ,that is :
a. Power
b. Speed
c. Placement
d. Techniques
A. Power
What is power? Is power has the same
meaning as strength? No it isn’t. Power is how you ‘explode’ your force in a
matter of seconds,or I would say in split seconds to the target you are aiming.
Your starting point/initial point of attack or i label it as A,and the
target,or the target I label as B. The
distance from A to B varies for each individual/practitioner. And the distance
needed from A to B to ‘explode’/to produce power also varies depending on the person doing it.
Additionally, to produce power in term
of exploding it, ‘relaxing is the key’.

Flow,Flow..Flow!!!!
Ramai yang bertanyakan teknik-teknik
beladiri dan cara nak pandai dalam beladiri.Secara jujurnya,apa yang saya
perhatikan ialah umumnya penuntut ilmu beladiri kurang ‘flow’ dalam gerakan dan
serangan mereka. ‘Flow’ dari segi pernafasan,gerakan,serangan,cara
melangkah,tinggi rendah langkah,ke mana mereka melihat semasa bergerak serta
apa yang bermain dalam fikiran mereka sewaktu melakukan gerakan2
tertentu.Antara perkara yang penting juga ialah emosi sewaktu bergerak.Adakah
marah? Sedih? Gembira? Ataupun selamba? Tambahan,,,emm..ekspresi muka..muka
marah,muka sedih,atau poker face? Hmm…sy buat poker face sewaktu menyerang…dan
cuba untuk men-flow-kan gerakan serta serangan2 yg sy rasa tidak ada flow
dengan sy.Maka,matlamat ahli beladiri bagi sy ialah,men-flow-kan segala teknik yang mereka kuasai,....
