The Love of Martial Arts

I can say that i love martial arts as a whole.There are dangerous techniques,cruel techniques and others.But i choose to practise the most least damaging skill.Cthnya,cara elak,bila orang tumbuk kite ker aper,kite terima serangan dengan konsep absorb/menyerap atau mengesampingkan/deflecting teknik2 orang lain.It pains me watching others get hurts because of me.And it takes time for me utk mahirkan diri.Also i practise it because its one of the source of my confidence.

Konsep menyerap sama seperti spring,

Konsep mengesampingkan..emmm..cam kiter ubah orang serangan tuh dengan guna seminimum mungkin/tenaga yang sekadar mencukupi.


Kpd pendekar2 diluar sana,jadilah seorang yang mesra.Martial arts is not to be used to scares others.Instea to be used to protect ourself and those that we held dear in our heart.(n_n).

Diet oh Diet

Its been a while since i wrote...Rite now im dieting..i try and error this diet.what i do is eating vegetables only and not eating rice..thats all...of course i still drink Milo(hot).i believe that its important for a person to have a fit body..haha..(n_n)
