Food For Thought..
To Learn Martial Arts,You Need Will...To Advance,You Pay With Sweats and Pain...To Master it,You Pay with Blood....(Blood= injury during training,during practising etc..but..please,,safety first okay?hehe..)...For it to stay with you, you must do...for martial arts is like boiling water..if you dont constantly heat it,it will surely cools down..
